ACARATH MONTESSORI 2008 FULL DAY
PRESCHOOL REGISTRATION PACKET
Thank you for your interest in Acarath, We look forward to working with you and your family. Please read the information below carefully, as many of our policies regarding fees and programs are explained on this page.
FULL DAY PRESCHOOL APPLICANTS WITHOUT A SUMMER CAMP REGISTRATION WILL NOT BE CONFIRMED AT THE CENTER FOR FALL PLACEMENT UNTIL APRIL 1st.
Acarath's preschool is staffed by fully qualified teachers, The full day preschool program involves Montessori, swimming, lunch, two snacks, an enrichment program, and a nap or rest period. The following enrichments are included in the full day program; sports skills, music, art, gymnastics, and dance. Children attending five days will automatically be enrolled in all five enrichments. Students enrolled in three days will have an option to choose from the activities offered on the days they are scheduled to attend. On school holidays the children have a modified schedule which includes a Montessori session, a swim lesson, and a structured activity. Regular enrichment classes do not meet on modified days. Acarath has scheduled staff meetings during the first week of selected months, the days of the week vary. Acarath has a password protected website designed specifically for the use of parents of enrolled children. You will receive a screen name and password with your enrollment packet. This website is where you will find the most current and specific information regarding your child's activities.
FEES
There is no fee for the waiting list. Applicants must fill out the required Registration form provided to apply for the Full-Day Acarath Montessori Program. NEW registrants to the Acarath Montessori Program must submit a check in the amount of $200.00 to apply for the FullDay Program. In the event your child is accepted, your application will serve as the registration of your child, and will secure a position in the Full-Day Program, Your application fee is nonrefundable, but may be applied to your required tuition deposit. One half (1/2) month's tuition fee must be deposited upon enrollment, or upon on or before July 1st for September enrollment. Your last full month's fees will be credited in the amount of your deposit provided notice is given prior to the first day of your child's last full month at Acarath Montessori Center.
Currently enrolled students may apply $200.00 of their tuition deposit to secure placement in the Fall Program. In the event of a withdrawal from the Fall Program before July 1st, the tuition deposit account will be charged $200.00. After July 1st, the tuition deposit account will be charged the amount equal to 112 month's fees for which your child is registered,
